Prices Displayed

All the prices of the products indicated on the site are exclusive of VAT, the taxation will be determined based on the tax class to which they belong. The prices of the same products are offered exclusively for online sales.

Availability of Products

Should an order exceed the quantity existing in the warehouse, the customer can wait for the availability of the missing product by clicking in the "notify when it becomes available" box and will then be automatically notified by email of the new product availability as soon as possible.

Images and product data sheets

The images relating to the products, and the relative technical data sheets, may in some cases differ from the packaging of the product itself, due to variations and / or product variations, which during the production, can sometimes be made without prior notice by the Manufacturer. same.

Product warranties

All products (electrical and digital tools) with the exception of consumer products (tips, blades, abrasives, etc.), offered by FERLAM S.R.L., are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02

valid for 2 years for the purchase made by a private customer-natural person, starting from the invoice date.

valid for 1 year for purchases made by companies-companies and / or artisans, starting from the invoice date.

To take advantage of the right to technical assistance and repairs under warranty within the established terms, the buyer must contact the AUTHORIZED ASSISTANCE CENTERS of the brand relating to the product purchased, (bringing with him the copy of the invoice proving the date of purchase). These assistance centers, present on the Italian territory, can often be found in the documentation contained within the product packaging. Alternatively, information can also be found by connecting to the relevant website and searching for: "assistance centers". In the event that such information is not available, contact us by phone at the Customer Service number on our site, or fill out the Contact Form, making the request. It will be our pleasure to reply as soon as possible, addressing you quickly and accurately.

Direct or indirect damages deriving from improper use of the products sold by us are not guaranteed either by the Service Centers or by FERLAM S.R.L.

Additional order confirmations

FERLAM S.R.L. may ask the customer for a further confirmation via e-mail of the order placed, in addition to the order confirmation automatically generated by our system during registration and purchase.

Obligations of the buyer

It is forbidden for the purchaser to enter false and / or fictional data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the further related communications; personal data and e-mails must be exclusively their real personal data and not those of third parties or fictional ones.

The consumer and / or customer authorizes La FERLAM S.R.L. and undertakes to provide, at the latter's discretion, copies of unexpired identity documents.

Failure to comply with the request for documents authorizes FERLAM S.R.L. to terminate the contract for breach of the buyer.

The customer raises La FERLAM S.R.L. from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer, the Customer being the only responsible for the correct insertion.

The customer undertakes, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which he will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the purchase, and to print the specifications of the product being purchased.

The guarantee of the successful completion of the payment that the customer makes with the aforementioned means, is essential, so that by express agreement the customer's non-fulfillment of this obligation will result in the legal termination of the contract without the need for a judicial decision, without prejudice to the right of FERLAM SRL to take legal action for compensation for further damage.

Contract resolution

FERLAM S.R.L. has the right to terminate the stipulated contract by simply notifying the consumer and / or customer with adequate and justified reasons; in this case the customer will have the right exclusively to the refund of any sum already paid.
