TERMS OF PAYMENT

These General Conditions may be subject to changes and updates at any time by FERLAM S.R.L.

The following forms of payment are accepted:

Credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Postepay, Carta Aura

Paypal credit cards

Bank transfer within 3 working days of placing the order

Make the transfer relating to the total amount of the order within 3 working days to the following coordinates:

Credit institution: Cooperative Credit Bank

Paying by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only after verifying that they have been credited to our current account.

FERLAM S.R.L. will reserve 3 working days in which it will wait to receive the transfer for the sum due following the order received.

If after 3 working days, no payment has been received on our current account, we will consider the contract with the customer to be terminated, and the relative order will be canceled.

Payments by credit card:

The cards of the Visa and Mastercard circuits include a multitude of Credit Cards that rely on these circuits for payment.

For example, CartaSì, BancoPosta credit card, Postepay card, Aura card and all the others that have the Mastercard or Visa logo printed on the card are included.

Your card details are managed directly by PayPal specializing in the management of online payments.

PayPal for each payment transaction, check that your browser is running the Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) cryptographic protocol or the later version. This protocol protects the integrity of your data while it is being transferred to our servers, using an encryption key with a length of 168 bits (the maximum commercially available). Your personal information is then stored on the PayPal servers and effectively protected, both physically and electronically. To further protect your card number and bank account, PayPal does not connect its servers directly to the Internet, which are in any case protected by firewalls.

Authorizations

The entire online payment procedure takes place via a secure connection directly connected to the PayPal operator, to which La FERLAM S.R.L. cannot log in.

Should the consumer make use of the right of withdrawal, as described above, the amount to be refunded will be credited by bank transfer to the account from which the payment was initially made.

By completing the personal data sheet in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications, the consumer and / or customer authorizes La FERLAM S.R.L. to communicate non-sensitive personal data (residence, telephone number) to trusted couriers and / or shippers used for the delivery of purchased goods in order to allow the procedures necessary for their delivery.
